About Kit

My professional story began in the West Wing of the White House, where I worked as a staffer and later an event planner for the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities. These high stakes environments not only prepared me to anticipate and respond to the demands of the day with poise and precision, but also granted me access to some of the most beautiful and historic homes our country has to offer. Beyond Washington, I spent a year at Oxford University in the United Kingdom. Traveling Europe between terms solidified a deep love of classical architecture and appreciation for thoughtful, symmetrical spaces. As such, my logo is a nod to a Palladio’s Villa Rotunda in boxwood. I have a passion for restoring and preserving historic homes, which began with our first Georgian Revival on the National Historic Registry in Portland, Oregon and continues as we undertake our next family home on Habersham Road in Buckhead.
